| Eintracht Frankfurt currently sit in 7th place, have only suffered one defeat in their last 9 Bundesliga matches but that defeat was quite painful 0-6 to RB Leipzig. The fact that they have only scored 4 goals in their last 5 home matches in all competitions is also quite worrying. Their campaign in the German top flight started off crazy, with 30 goals scored in their first five matches. Things have calmed down now. As in 6 of their last 8 league matches, fewer than three goals have been scored. Catching up with unbeaten Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga looks highly unlikely for Borussia Dortmund. They can at least keep fighting. Dortmund's 1-2 defeat at Allianz Arena was also their only such defeat in their last 10 away games in the German top flight. The fact that they have scored at least two goals in four of their last five league games is also a good sign ahead of this match. |
